The Importance of Rituals

Rituals, NOT goals,?are important to develop and follow when it comes to mind, body and spirit activities.? Rituals are things that you just do, you want to do and can see yourself doing without an ?end? in sight because you enjoy doing them.? Not just physically how they make you feel, but mentally too and they nourish your spirit.?

Like the RT which also equals Resistance Training and your 60-90 second morning exercises, RT also stands for Ritual Trekking, which?is one of my 4 Non-Negotiables.??You should be doing this as a ritual that you look forward to everyday, NOT necessarily as exercise.? I do my other ritual which is to be in a fasted state whenI exercise.

Here is what Jersey Shore PangPang and I do almost daily as our ritual:

I realize that walking does not build muscle.? But when you are prone to insulin resistance any muscle contraction and movement helps to make your muslce cells more sensitive to your own insulin.? This helps reduce your waist size.? So get moving with your ritual of movement, like walking and doing your 60-90 second morning exercises.
